Grammy Awards – Top 3 Highlights For The 60th Grammy Nominations: Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar & Bruno Mars

The 60th Annual Grammy Awards Ceremony is scheduled to be held on January 28th, 2018 at the Madison Square Garden in New York. The event will be broadcast live on CBS which makes it the very first telecast in New York since 2003. There are 84 categories.

JAY-Z

JAY-Z  is toping the nomination with his album title 4:44 which earned him eight (8) nominations notably for Record Of The Year (“The Story Of O.J”), Song Of Th Year (“4:44”) and Album Of The Year (“4:44”). Aside from these, he is also been nominated for all the categories related to his music style: Rap and Best Music Video for the song “The Story Of O.J” (below)

Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar – comes second with seven (7) nominations. He is also being nominated in all the RAP category. Record Of The Year category for the song “Humble” and Music Video Of The Year for “Damn”.

 Bruno Mars

Bruno Mars – is yet again part of the top nominees. If you recall, he was the number one nominee for the 2017 AMA.  This time, the already five-time Grammy winner collected six (6) nominations notably for Record Of The Year (“24K Magic”), Album of The Year (“24K Magic”) and Song Of The Year (“That’s What I Like”).
